Marketing Plan (Session III)

This session concentrates on the marketing aspects of the business. This will include factors such as: pricing strategy, competition, target markets, distribution channels and marketing strategies for target markets (marketing message, communication tools, costs, etc.).

Financial Projections (Session IV)
Monday, February 13, 2012 at 6:00pm - 8:30pm
This session deals with financial reports, how to interpret the information and use it to manage your business. This will cover the Income Statement, Cash Flow Statement, Balance Sheet, Financial Diagnostics, Year End Summary and Break-Even and Ratios. Participants will learn how to prepare pro-forma financial forecasts using a SCORE template.

Funding Sources and Next Steps (Session V)
Tuesday, February 21, 2012 at 6:00pm - 8:30pm
The final session will cover ways to find the funding required to get your business up and running. We’ll cover the C’s of credit, how to identify funding sources and what to expect as you apply for bank financing.
